Who I am.

I’m a planner, an organizer, and a textbook Enneagram Six. I’ve been designing learning experiences for young adult learners and working professionals for 13 years. I began my career in scientific research and data analysis still drives my work today.

Instructional design is the perfect blend of my need to plan, analyze, and create. I love designing learning that’s grounded in theory, powered by strategy, and made to spark curiosity and real growth. Creativity, discovery, and making meaningful change are at the heart of everything I do.

Outside of work, you’ll find me on my yoga mat, deep in a good book, or off exploring with my family and friends—I recently hiked the red rocks of Sedona and can’t wait to return.

What I love doing.

Collaborating

My entire career has been rooted in working with and learning from others. Whether partnering with SMEs, administrators, or fellow designers, I thrive in collaborative spaces where we make thoughtful decisions and create meaningful, learner-focused experiences.

Storytelling

Learning doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens through interaction, experience, and reflection. The most impactful learning starts with a story the learner can relate to. I love bringing those stories to life through characters and decision-making in scenario-based learning.

Strategic Thinking

Digging into the data and analyzing how learners engage is one of my favorite parts of this work. Identifying gaps and figuring out what actions need to shift to drive better outcomes takes curiosity, clarity, and collaboration. I enjoy walking through those conversations with SMEs and leaders to find the next best step forward.
